The first Dig It! The Fossil Workshop® was created in 2002 in Salt lake City, Utah, by Jacqueline Drecksel. Under Jackie's leadership, the business has grown from a single store in Salt Lake City, to a multi-store franchise with headquarters in Pocatello. She has applied her drive and the Dig It! The Fossil Workshop® staffs' knowledge and skills to guide successfully the fossil workshop service operations. The cornerstone of the Dig It!
